and the Earlham Institute GROW project (http://www.earlham.ac.uk/growing-research-capability-colombia) seek to fill a position for a postdoctoral researcher. The successful candidate will serve as full-time postdoctoral associate, beginning on the 15th of January 2019. Applicants must have received the Ph.D. degree before the starting date, with research experience and background in plant genomic exploration, searching for phytopathogen resistance genes and heavy metal translocation control genes.
Selected candidates should also be willing to offer training courses in the methods developed and coordinate capacity building activities. The candidate should be fluent in Spanish and English.
This position is guaranteed for 18 months, with an option to continue, pending on satisfactory performance and project needs.
